Circle of Security – Parenting Training

Circle of Security is a parenting training designed for parents of young children. As parents, we do our best every day to care for our children, but sometimes we may feel uncertain or a bit lost, unsure whether we are doing the right thing or how to further proceed.
Over the course of 8 sessions of 1.5 hours each, parents are guided, using video material showing interactions between parents and children, to better recognise and understand their children’s needs and respond to them in an attuned way. In group sessions, parents share experiences through empathic reflection, including their own vulnerabilities, and explore how these could affect interactions with their children.
Parent groups start once a minimum of 6 participants has been reached. The training can also be offered individually or for couples. For more information, please feel free to contact us.

Nonviolent Resistance- Parenting Training

This group training is aimed at parents of adolescents. When we feel that we have tried everything, yet still struggle to reduce unwanted behaviour, and when conflicts with our teenagers keep repeating themselves, Nonviolent Resistance (NVR) can be a helpful approach.
NVR helps parents respond calmly and consistently to aggressive or controlling behaviour by strengthening parental presence, reducing escalation, and rebuilding connection. It empowers parents to shift power dynamics and create safety at home through calm, non-violent action, even when the child is not actively involved in the sessions.
The training consists of 8 sessions. If you would like to know more, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Hold Me Tight – Couples Training

This training is a warm invitation for couples who believe in their relationship and wish to experience more connection and rediscover their love. It offers a moment to pause and choose again for each other.
Based on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) by Sue Johnson, the training provides practical tools to understand the positions you take during conflicts, how these are connected, and how to handle tensions more constructively.
The training takes place over a weekend and uses video material and experiential exercises, with the emphasis on conversations between the two partners.
Group discussions are supportive but limited. If you would like more information, feel free to contact us!
